My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, close to bars and restaurants, but the cleanliness and service fell short. The dining options were decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel room was smaller than anticipated from the picture, and I had to request a fan as it was quite hot and couldn't adjust the temperature. However, it was exceptionally clean, fully stocked with standard hotel amenities, and had plenty of pillows, which was a plus. The appearance is modern and kept in good condition.

The room was huge but lacked basic amenities. The service, especially during a busy weekend, was helpful with road conditions. However, they didn't discount my room or provide a future voucher. The location was okay, a short walk from the nicer area of Heavenly, and close to attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs with a terrible dinner but a great breakfast to both our rooms. The facilities were average.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy, and I particularly enjoyed dining at the restaurant inside the hotel. However, the noise levels were a bit bothersome at times. The location was excellent for exploring both California and Nevada attractions.
